What I collect
If you use the contact form, I collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number and message, and your business name if you include it. The website does not use advertising cookies or track you across other sites.
How I use it
I use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to provide my services. I don’t sell or rent your information, and I don’t add you to a mailing list.
Where it’s stored
Form messages are delivered to my business email and kept by my website provider so no enquiry is lost. Both are held with reputable providers and protected by industry-standard security. Information is kept only as long as it’s needed, or as long as the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask to see or correct the information I hold about you, or ask me to delete it, by emailing hello [at] ffbookkeeping.com.au. I handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Client information
Financial records and information I handle as your bookkeeper or BAS agent are covered by our engagement and by my obligations under the Tax Agent Services Act 2009 and the Code of Professional Conduct. They are never collected through this website.
